How do you source your spices?
We source our spices directly from small family farms across India and Sri Lanka, ensuring they are harvested in the current season for maximum potency and flavor.
Are your products organic?
While not all our partner farms hold international organic certification, they all practice regenerative agriculture and use zero pesticides or chemicals.
How long do the spices stay fresh?
Our spices are ground in small batches and have a shelf life of approximately two years. We recommend storing them in a cool, dark place to preserve their essential oils.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
Are your spice blends gluten-free?
Yes, all of our single-origin spices and signature blends are naturally gluten-free and packaged in a facility that does not process wheat.
